Statewide
forage conferences have been held in Alabama on an every-other-year
basis since 1997. Each has been a great success, with attendance
averaging around 300 people. The 2007 Alabama Forage Conference will be
held on December 13 at the Pike County Cattlemen’s Association
building, which is just east of Troy on Highway 231. It promises to be
the best yet, with experts from five states speaking on important
topics.
This
event is open to interested persons from throughout Alabama as well as
from other states. In addition to the excellent program, exhibitors will
be on hand to provide information regarding useful commercial products.
Exhibits will open at 8 a.m. The program will begin at 9 a.m. and
conclude at 4 p.m. Lunch will be provided. Registration will be $20
prior to December 1 and $30 at the door. |
