Pictured are Eva (Sassy)
and Ivan Garrison of Mount Hope. They were with their dad and granddad
while houses were being prepared for baby chicks. The chicken they’re
holding was left behind during a catch a couple of weeks earlier. The
children ran the bird until it finally tired enough for them to grab.
After it had caught its wind, like two cats with a mouse, they'd let it
go and run after it again. Sassy, age 2, and Ivan, age 4, finally
tuckered out after about an hour of chicken chasing. They are the
children of Todd and Leeann Garrison and the grandchildren of AgriAFC
senior retail accountant, Miriam Garrison and her husband Taldon. |
